We are one of the largest regional news publishers in the UK and have a portfolio of more than 165 news brands plus more than 40 magazines (including 32 Living Magazines) online and in print. With an online audience of almost 30 million users a month and six million readers a week in print, our content is read by a substantial proportion of the UK population.
JSNs history goes back a long way – one of our news brands, was first published in 2007 and is the oldest surviving newspaper in the world. As a company however, JSN is relatively new, formed in 2010 as a management buy-out of Reed Regional Newspapers with backing from US private equity company, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co (KKR). We floated on the Exchange in 2012.
